Those kids from Netflix’s smash series “Stranger Things” just got paid. The pay raise couldn’t have come at a better time for the kid stars, who are now teenagers. The show doesn’t have too many seasons left to film the kids while they still look like kids. Teenagers grow fast and start to look more like adults, and less like lovable kids pretty quickly. When that wears off, so will the nostalgia of the show…..in most cases. Different Strokes, Facts Of Life, The Cosby Show, Blossom… the list goes on and on. Anyway, the Stranger Things kids just got a huge pay raise.
Deadline Hollywood (@ deadline) reports, the child and adult stars of the series will now all make 6-figures per episode. The three boy child actors (Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, and Caleb Mclaughlin) are all set to earn more than $150,000 per episode. Millie Bobby Brown (Seven), is set to make even more than the boys. I mean, she does deserve it right? Seven is a big part of the reason everyone took to the series in the way that they did. The two main adults on the show (Winona Rider and David Harbour) are set to make over $200,000 per episode for season 3. The pay raise is a huge pay leap for the child stars. They each made around $30,000 per episode in the first two seasons.
